We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our client’s fast-expanding global team.

Our clients are an award-winning interior design studio that requires an experienced individual to join their Dubai office as a Senior Lead Interior Designer where they will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of design projects working on all phases including pre-design, concept creation, schematic design, design development from presentations to acquiring material finishes to FF&E selection to creating a general set of drawings.

They are looking for someone with a strong background in residential and hospitality projects dealing with developers and 8-12 years of experience.

•  Create concept design presentation.
•  Attending weekly client meetings, gathering, and researching client briefs, liaising with internal departments to finalize the brief, and coordinating workshop meetings with all project parties to ensure interdisciplinary collaboration.
•  Coordinating with client’s sub-consultants
•  Reviewing all sets of drawings from the schematic design phase to IFC, FF&E selection, specifying all interior finishes, FF&E and client presentations.
•  Responsible for proposing interior design solutions
•  Coordinate and oversee the entire interior design process from brief taking to development of design concept through the technical design phase to onsite execution.
•  To be the main point of contact on design for the client, M&L departments, and any relevant consultants during all stages of the design.
•  Ensure effective communication of all design-related discussions/decisions with project stakeholders
•  Input and monitor the schedule to ensure successful delivery of all design stages.
•  Review design packages before submittal to ensure all information is correct.
•  Responsible for material and finishes selection and material submittals.
•  Provide design expertise to the procurement team during the tendering and production phases
•  Site visits to support the delivery team and ensure the build is being implemented in alignment with the approved design.
•  Management and mentoring of design staff where you are the design lead
  

  Requirements:

•  Bachelor’s degree in interior design or related field.
•  8-12 years of experience in residential and/or hospitality projects
•  Strong background in residential projects dealing with developers
•  Previous working with Lead Design Consultant)
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite and AutoCAD
•  Graphic Software: InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Rhino and Revit is a plus.
•  Passion for design and a commitment to delivering high-quality, innovative solutions.
•  Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
•  Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
