Job Description
Based in Dubai, our client, an international law firm is looking for a pro-active Legal Secretary to provide exceptional legal support to a Partner and a Team of Lawyers. This role will be expected to multi-task workloads, such as complex diary management, email management, scheduling meetings and handling correspondence.
The Legal Secretary must be able to perform various legal administrative duties, drafting documents, proof-reading documents, putting together PowerPoints, organising and attending meetings as well as taking minutes. This role will support the billing process, prepare, assemble bibles for client meetings, and will also process expense claims, and be responsible for photocopying, filing and scanning. The Legal Secretary may also welcome clients into the business and carry out any adhoc duties where required.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role it is essential that the candidate have experience working within a busy, corporate environment. The successful candidate will have a professional and personable approach with attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills, with eagerness to grow. The ideal candidate must have strong verbal and written communication skills in English and be fully IT literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Further Education in the related field is preferred.
