Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced female Salon/Spa Manager to lead our team and elevate our services to the next level. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury spa management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of the salon and spa, ensuring the highest standards of service and customer satisfaction.
• Manage and mentor a team of beauty and wellness professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, inventory management, and revenue generation.
• Drive marketing initiatives to promote services and attract new clientele, maintaining the brand’s luxury image.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing concerns and feedback effectively.
• Organize and oversee staff training and development programs to enhance skills and service delivery.
• Stay current with industry trends and innovations to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only, in line with our brand identity.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury spa management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successful team leadership and management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with spa and salon software systems for scheduling and inventory management.
• Passion for the beauty and wellness industry, with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
