Our client is seeking an experienced mid-level Legal Counsel to provide comprehensive legal support to their business operations within the media and production industry.

• Provide comprehensive legal support to the business and government entities as needed.
•  Draft, review, amend, and negotiate contracts and legal documents.
•  Advise on legal rights, obligations, and compliance with contractual, legal, and regulatory frameworks.
•  Conduct commercial and legal research on media-related issues and advise on dispute resolution.
•  Collaborate with internal teams, maintain strong communication, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
•  Develop and update legal templates, policies, and processes while staying informed about industry trends.
  

  Requirements:

•  Education: Law degree from a top-tier, accredited university or law school.
•  Professional Qualification: Bar admission or solicitor qualification (preferred jurisdictions: UAE, England & Wales, USA, – Australia, or New Zealand).
•  Experience: At least 4 years of post-qualification experience in TMT, corporate, commercial, or intellectual property law; media/production experience preferred.
•  Strong verbal and written English skills (Arabic is a plus).
•  Proficient in relevant technology platforms (e.g., Microsoft).
•  Solid understanding of legal frameworks, international regulations, and commercial terminology.
•  Expertise in contract drafting, negotiation, and legal compliance.
•  Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and collaborate effectively with commercial teams.
