Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager with expertise in vehicle distribution to lead marketing strategies in the UAE. This role is critical for boosting brand presence, generating leads, and driving market share in a competitive landscape. The ideal candidate will develop and execute multi-channel campaigns, manage brand identity, and work closely with sales to achieve business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Â Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to the UAE market.
- Â Enhance brand visibility through impactful campaigns and consistent messaging.
- Â Design lead-generation campaigns across digital, events, and traditional channels.
- Â Manage SEO, SEM, and performance marketing efforts to drive traffic and leads.
- Â Analyze marketing performance and optimize campaigns for ROI.
- Â Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing with business objectives.
- Â Oversee marketing budgets and vendor relationships.
Requirements:
- Â 5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on multichannel marketing strategies (digital and traditional). Experience in the automotive distribution is mandatory.
- Â Ability to think strategically while also managing the tactical execution of campaigns. Strong analytical skills to evaluate marketing performance and adjust strategies based on insights.
- Â Deep knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and content strategy.
- Â Experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and execution. Able to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Â Proven ability to lead and manage teams, working closely with other departments to achieve company-wide marketing goals.
-  Strong creative skills with the ability to oversee content development and ensure that all marketing materials align with the brand’s voice and messaging.
- Â Strong focus on driving measurable results, from lead generation to customer acquisition and retention. Comfortable with KPIs and ROI analysis.
- Â Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Â A degree in Marketing, Business Administration,
- Communications, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
