The Accountant for a start-up company with a track record of rapid growth will be responsible for leading all financial operations. This includes developing and implementing financial plans and policies, managing budgets and forecasting, and providing insight and analysis to support decision making.

The individual in this role must have a strong understanding of financial management principles, as well as experience in business planning. The Accountant will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all financial regulations, and for building and maintaining relationships with banks, investors, and other financial partners.

•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•  Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
•  Experience with accounting, tax, and financial compliance
•  Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
•  Familiarity with UAE laws, regulations and financial practices is a must.
•  Experience with fundraising, investor relations is a plus
•  CPA or MBA is a plus
