We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee engineering projects within our organization in Cairo, Egypt.

Responsibilities:

•  Lead technical bids of Project Management Services:
•  Coordinate with the Tendering Team in the preparation of proposals
•  Review RFPs and coordinating with clients for clarifications
•  Prepare methodologies
•  Prepare related staff deployment plans
•  Assess candidates for positions
•  Contribute to commercial tenders
•  fee buildup and commercial qualifications
•  Assist in setting up new projects
•  Conduct periodic projects reviews and assessments

•  BS Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
•  Minimum of 15 years in the developments and buildings sectors
•  Strong command of English language.
•  Arabic speaker is a plus.
•  PMI / PMP preferred.
