Job Description

  •  Ensure that the CCPs (Critical Control Points) monitoring system is implemented and timely reported.
  •  Implement MSCS (Master Cleaning Schedule) with the hygiene and sanitation teams.
  •  Follow up on the progress of IPM (Integrated Pest Management).
  •  Ensure that all food safety standards and PRPs (Prerequisites’ Program) are implemented.
  •  responsible for product safety and quality throughout the manufacturing process.
  •  responsible for the correct recording and filing of all relevant record logs and documentation.
  •  Ensure employees are following all food safety and worker safety practices.
  •  Collect product samples for product development and lab retention.
  •  Perform inspections on products, equipment, and machinery.
  •  Conduct temperature checks on products, ensure all HACCP and Health Authority rules and regulations are followed, and manage log books.
Requirements:
  •  Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Food Science, Food Technology or any related field.
