Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Property Consultant to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate and a desire to provide exceptional service to clients seeking to buy, sell, or rent properties. In this role, you will leverage your knowledge of the local market to guide clients through the real estate process while building long-lasting relationships. You will be an integral part of our team, contributing to our mission of delivering outstanding real estate services in a competitive market.

Responsibilities:

  •  Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
  •  Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on property values, market trends, and competitive listings.
  •  Provide clients with expert advice on property investments and market conditions.
  •  Develop and maintain a network of clients, developers, and real estate investors.
  •  Create and implement effective marketing strategies to promote listings and attract potential buyers.
  •  Prepare and present property presentations and reports to clients.
  •  Conduct property viewings and open houses, showcasing properties to prospective buyers.
  •  Negotiate purchase agreements, lease contracts, and terms of sale on behalf of clients.
  •  Ensure compliance with local real estate regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions, client interactions, and property listings.
Requirements:
  •  Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  •  Proven experience in real estate sales or property consulting is preferred.
  •  Strong understanding of the real estate market in Bahrain.
  •  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  •  Strong negotiation skills and the ability to advocate for clients effectively.
  •  Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
  •  Proficient in using real estate software and CRM tools.
  •  Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  •  Fluency in both languages (English and Arabic)
  •  Valid real estate license or the willingness to obtain one.
