Job Description

  •  Keeping abreast of industry trends, social media tools, and emerging platforms
  •  Creating and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the yearly marketing calendar.
  •  Identifying target audiences and tailoring content to resonate with them.
  •  Managing and overseeing social media accounts on different platforms
  •  Managing and actively corroborating with the agency to execute day to day tasks
  •  Preparing regular reports showcasing performance and providing insights for improvement.
  •  Monitoring and analyzing social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
  •  Encouraging and leveraging user-generated content to build brand loyalty.
  •  Collaboration with barter and paid influencers
  •  Reviewing and editing copy for clarity, grammar, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  •  Deep analysis of performance for each social media campaign
  •  Analysis of competition hotels on social media channels
  •  Provide monthly report on target and results.
Requirements:
  •  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
  •  Proven experience as a Social Media content creator or in a similar role.
  •  Strong writing and communication skills.
  •  Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics.
  •  Creativity in developing engaging and shareable content.
  •  Knowledge of current trends and best practices in social media marketing.
  •  Excellent multitasking and time-management skills.
  •  Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  •  Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  •  Flexibility to adapt to evolving trends and changes in the social media landscape.
  •  Understanding of brand voice and the ability to maintain consistency in messaging.
  •  An existing network or relationships with influencers, bloggers, or others in the social media are advantage.
