Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a fluent Arabic speaker, located in Bahrain, with a strong background in real estate sales. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive business growth, manage client relationships, and contribute to our continued success in the Bahraini real estate market.

Responsibilities:

  •  Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
  •  Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the Bahraini real estate market.
  •  Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  •  Understand clients’ needs and provide tailored property solutions.
  •  Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about available properties.
  •  Negotiate terms and close deals effectively.
  •  Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  •  Stay informed about market trends, property values, and competitive landscape.
  •  Provide market insights and recommendations to clients and management.
  •  Prepare and manage sales documentation, contracts, and reports.
  •  Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Requirements:
  •  Fluency in Arabic (both spoken and written) is essential.
  •  Proficiency in English is a plus.
  •  Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field.
  •  Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets.
  •  Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  •  Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
  •  Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  •  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
