Responsibilities:

• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the BMS, ensuring system efficiency and reliability.
• Coordinate with contractors, technicians, and engineers for the installation, programming, and maintenance of BMS components.
• Monitor and control the performance of building systems (HVAC, lighting, security, etc.) via the BMS software.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in BMS hardware and software and provide timely solutions.
• Conduct routine checks, tests, and preventive maintenance on BMS equipment.
• Maintain documentation related to system performance, repairs, and upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide training and support to other staff members as needed.
• Report to the project manager or operations manager regarding system performance and any issues.

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with building management systems (BMS).
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, lighting, and other mechanical systems.
• Experience with BMS software and hardware (e.g., Honeywell, Siemens, Johnson Controls, etc.).
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and supervisory skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
