Job Description

  • Research and analyze market trends, demographics, pricing, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies.
  • Develop strategic plans for all brands including market & product analysis, budget proposals and marketing/customer plans.
  •  Lead and implement 360 relevant action plans to accelerate the development of the business.
  •  Build the right media strategy to reach our audience and to drive sales (offline incl PR and events / online incl website traffic, engagement, keywords…). Evaluate and identify consumer journey and media touch points.
  •  Influence, convince and align regional marketing team to support local strategy plans and activities.
  •  Ensure share maximizing, successful local Brand Positioning, following regional guidance.
  •  Capture consumer and market insights (economy, demographics, psychology) and translate them into successful and actionable concepts/stories.
  •  Develop successful concept-based consumer communication across all media channels and touch points.
  •  Develop, implement and supervise activities, including ATL, BTL, events, product placements, sponsorships, press work, digital marketing etc. in order to drive awareness and sales.
  •  Plan & develop the local digital communication plan to support our brands, product launches, sponsorships etc. Develop local content for digital marketing and social media, follow execution.
  •  Supervise and monitor press/influencer visibility to create marketing ideas and maximize exposure and opportunities.
  •  Define winning assortments and identify new product launches to drive sales. Collaborate with supply chain, commercial teams and regional counter parts to ensure flawless execution.
  •  Define launch plans and coordinate their implementation with all stakeholders (regional team, sales teams, senior management).
    Requirements:
  •  Entrepreneurial mind-set, able to build a marketing function from scratch.
  •  Energetic self-starter, can-do and goal getter attitude.
  •  Master’s degree in marketing or a related field.
  •  Proven work experience in marketing, particularly within the health, baby and personal care categories.
  •  In total 5 to 8 years of experience in marketing.
  •  Ability to build and lead a team.
  •  Arabic is a plus.
