We are seeking a qualified and experienced Supervisor in Radio Protection (RP) to join our team in Barakah, UAE. This role requires expertise in operating RP equipment in the nuclear field, ensuring the safety and protection of personnel and the environment against radiation exposure. The Supervisor will oversee radiation protection operations, manage the RP team, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

• Supervise radiation protection activities and ensure all safety measures are strictly followed.
•  Operate RP equipment and ensure proper application of radiation protection protocols in the nuclear environment.
•  Monitor radiation levels and provide necessary reports.
•  Lead and train radiation protection personnel.
•  Perform radiation assessments and maintain safety documentation.
•  Collaborate with other departments to ensure comprehensive safety practices.
•  Ensure compliance with national and international radiation safety regulations.
  

  Requirements:

•  Proven experience in operating RP systems in a nuclear environment.
•  Relevant certifications in Radio Protection and radiation safety protocols.
•  Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and train a team.
•  Ability to work in high-pressure, safety-critical environments.
• Strong understanding of radiation protection procedures and equipment.
