• Degree in Education / PGCE of Teachers Licence – A Master’s in Education is desired but not essential
•  More than 3 years senior leadership experience
•  As the Principal you will be enthusiastic, professional, and ambitious, able to continue the ongoing growth of the school and ensure a high level of teaching and learning at all times.
•  You will ensure the progress of students across all subjects, as well as hire, manage and ensure the ongoing development and motivation of your teaching staff and support staff
•  You will oversee curriculum, assessment, whole school activities and wellbeing of students and staff
•  Ensuring a high level of communication across the school, parents and wider community

• Degree in Education or PGCE with a degree in a relevant subject to what they would teach – Masters in Educational Leadership is desirable, but not essential.
