During your tenure as a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager Officer (PMO) with a strong background in finance and project management within our dynamic regional GTA team, you will combine elements of finance expertise, a chief of staff role, and comprehensive project management responsibilities and will also demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:
- Â Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Â Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects - Â Act as a strategic advisor and confidant to senior leadership, providing support in decision-making and strategic planning.
- Â Prepare and present reports, briefings, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Â Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments and teams.
- Â Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders (GTA, Indirect Tax PD group and finance POC), ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Â Facilitate regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Â Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
- Â Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on finance.
- Â Proven experience in a chief of staff role or similar capacity within a Big Four consulting firm.
- Â Certification in Six Sigma (Black Belt or Green Belt) is required.
- Â Proficiency in PMO software tools and methodologies.
- Â Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Â Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Â Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Â Ability to travel across the GCC/ME
- Â Experience with ERP systems and financial software.
- Â Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance standards.
- Â Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Project.
