Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Facilities Maintenance Manager to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a leader in facility management services, you will oversee the maintenance operations and ensure the optimal functioning of our facilities. You will be responsible for managing a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and implementing best practices to enhance service delivery. Your experience and expertise will be instrumental in driving efficiency and quality in our facility management services, contributing to our reputation as a premier service provider in the region.

Responsibilities:

  •  Lead and manage the facilities maintenance team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-performance levels.
  •  Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to optimize the performance and lifespan of all facility assets.
  •  Conduct regular inspections of facilities, identifying and addressing maintenance issues proactively.
  •  Manage and oversee all aspects of maintenance operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  •  Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as industry standards, to create a safe working environment.
  •  Collaborate with clients to understand their facility management needs and ensure service delivery aligns with their expectations.
  •  Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers, ensuring quality service at competitive prices.
  •  Monitor and report on maintenance performance metrics, using data to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  •  Coordinate with other departments to support operational requirements and ensure seamless facility operations.
  •  Stay updated on industry trends and innovations, implementing best practices to enhance service delivery.
Requirements:
  •  Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  •  Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities maintenance management, preferably within a service provider environment.
  •  Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance processes, and regulatory compliance.
  •  Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
  •  Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  •  Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  •  Proficient in maintenance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  •  Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
  •  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  •  Commitment to delivering high-quality service and maintaining customer satisfaction.
