Job Description

Currently they are seeking an Operations Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for running 3-5 individual Facilities Management Projects, delivering TFM services to Saudi based clients in Riyadh and the surrounding area.

Responsibilities:

• Management of the day-to-day operations of 3 – 5 FM projects
• Direct reports will include – Facilities Project Managers (Delivering services through their blue collar team).
• Candidates should have an understanding of delivering FM Contracts to strict KPI’s and SLA’s
• Candidates should know how to set and control budgets
• Report writing capabilities

Requirements:

• Facilities Management or Building Maintenance Experience
• Diploma or degree level qualifications
• Operational day to day management delivering FM Services
• Experience managing large blue collar teams
• Budget management experienced
• A thorough understanding of FM Contracts and the various KPIs and SLAs
• Excellent communication – written and spoken
• Good report writing skills
