Job Description

  • We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the Mechanical and Chemical Supplies industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic sales plans, and ensuring customer satisfaction in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role demands a strong leader with a proven track record in sales management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster relationships with clients and stakeholders. The Sales Manager will play a critical role in achieving our business objectives and expanding our market presence.

    Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base within the Mechanical and Chemical Supplies sector.
  •  Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to perform at their best, ensuring that all team members are meeting or exceeding their individual sales goals.
  •  Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  •  Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, adjusting strategies accordingly.
  •  Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
  •  Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with promotional activities and product offerings.
  •  Manage sales budgets and expenses, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize profitability.
  •  Provide training and development opportunities for the sales team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
  •  Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and maintain accurate customer records.
     Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote products and services, and network with potential clients.

Requirements:

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; 
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the Mechanical and Chemical Supplies industry, with at least 1 years in a management role.
  •  Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in market analysis and strategic planning.
  •  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  •  Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  •  Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
  •  Willingness to travel as necessary to meet clients and attend industry events.
