- We currently have an opportunity for a Guest Experience Manager
- Reporting to the Director of Rooms, you will be responsible for curating special experiences and memories for our guests.
- Â Responding to a wide variety of guest requirements and requests ensuring our guests are privy to the best recommendations and personalized service, ensuring that every experience is unlike another and that each and every guest is the most important person in the room.
Requirements:
- Â Expertise in luxury hospitality operations and proven leadership experience within Guest experience focusing on service quality. We are looking for a special individual whom shares our passion for excellence and whom delights in the magic of curating special experiences and memories for our guests.
