Job Description
- Â As the Front Desk Manager, you will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- You will lead and mentor a team of front office staff, handle guest inquiries and complaints, and collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Â Your leadership will ensure smooth and efficient front desk operations in alignment with our brand standards and service culture.
Requirements:
- Â Proven experience in a front office management role within a luxury hotel or resort environment.
- Â Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve high performance and service excellence.
- Â Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a guest-centric approach.
- Â Proficiency in hotel management systems and software.
- Â Fluency in English and Arabic for effective communication with guests and staff.
- Supporting the Saudi nationalization scheme, we are looking forward to connecting with Saudi nationals who have a p as s ion for c ulinary along with ensuring high sta ndards of service delivery and exceptional guest experience . Suitable candidates must be eligible to work in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
