Job Description

  •  As the Front Desk Manager, you will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery and guest satisfaction.
  • You will lead and mentor a team of front office staff, handle guest inquiries and complaints, and collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
  •  Your leadership will ensure smooth and efficient front desk operations in alignment with our brand standards and service culture.
Requirements:
  •  Proven experience in a front office management role within a luxury hotel or resort environment.
  •  Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve high performance and service excellence.
  •  Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a guest-centric approach.
  •  Proficiency in hotel management systems and software.
  •  Fluency in English and Arabic for effective communication with guests and staff.
