•  Lead, inspire, and manage the team of executives to achieve ambitious targets
•  Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure the team’s success and professional development

•  Collaborate with the Director of Sales to develop and implement effective strategies

Requirements:

•  5 years of experience managing a commercial team with strong operational exposure
•  Record in launching a team, department, or project is a plus
•  Proven track record of success in account management and team management
•  Track record in team transformations from strategy to management
•  Building a culture of high performance, momentum, and joint sense of purpose
•  Food delivery/tech experience experience is a plus
•  Proficient in data analysis, excel, etc.
•  Experience with CRM tools.
