Job Description

  •  You will monitor and ensure a seamless customer journey with omnichannel operations across all brands. You will resolve any issues faced throughout the order journey aiming to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  •  Support the Omni-Channel Operations Lead in ensuring smooth customer journeys across all channels.
  •  Assist in communicating changes in processes to service providers and third parties to minimize disruptions.
  •  Aid in audits and action plans to enhance operational performance.
  •  Collaborate with support services and providers to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and improve performance.
  •  Participate in brand meetings to assist in supporting growth strategies and operational readiness.
  •  Contribute to identifying opportunities for standardization across brands and supporting project coordination.
  •  Resolving issues encountered by orders to uphold customer satisfaction.
  •  Support in facilitating communication among stakeholders and project initiatives.
  •  Assist in analyzing processes, proposing enhancements, and contributing to efficiency efforts.
  •  Foster a culture of transparency and accountability within the team.
  •  Assist in conducting test orders, tracking journeys, and suggesting improvements.
  •  Support in OMS-related configurations or enhancements.
  •  Collaborate with the product team to ensure timely delivery of brand enhancements.
Requirements:
  •  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  •  3 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in the retail field
  •  Excellent communication skills
  •  Availability to work flexible shifts and conduct market visits as needed
