Job Description
- Â Research, develop, present, and publish SIGINT products (PowerPoint slides when required, network charts when required, daily SIGSUMs, analytic product when required, and daily completed reports upon analysis of new reporting) at the tactical and operational level related to insurgent activities, and threats to local/regional stability as part of an overall intelligence analytical team.
- Â Conduct analysis of raw and fused signals intelligence data concerning insurgent threat activities.
- Â Provide input on multiple ad-hoc SIGINT requirements and objectives.
- Â Assist with the analysis and production of various intelligence products.
- Â Supply analytical support for senior military leaders.
- Â Perform SIGINT analysis on insurgent threats, mission planning, target development, damage assessment, and counter-terrorism within the CJOA.
- Â Attend meetings and participate in briefings and conferences when required.
- Â Conduct comprehensive research on specific topics independently or as a part of a larger analytical effort focusing on current events and long-term trends that could impact the supported unit’s mission.
Requirements:
- Â Be knowledgeable of Army/Joint SIGINT procedures, data processing systems such as CIDNE, RT-RG, NSANet and associated SIGINT database/search engines.
- Â Proficient in utilizing basic computer applications, mIRC, Jabber Chat, and intelligence related automation in support of analytical efforts and product development.
- Â Possess strong research, analytical, and writing skills.
- Â Be capable of effectively operating as a member of an analytical team from a remote location in support of assigned CJOA requirements.
- Â Possess strong knowledge of relevant NSA tasking, collection, processing, reporting procedures, and communications architecture (PED).
- Â Possess strong knowledge of military ground and operations, target-area geography, place names, titles, and cultural norms as well as relevant enemy objectives, tactics, techniques, and procedures.
- Â TS/SCI with current Polygraph
- Â Training in SIGINT Operations.
- Â At least ten (10) years SIGINT experience within DoD or equivalent Government agencies with five years at the operational level and requires former MOS 1N2, 35S/P/N, 35B, 35N, 352B/PQ/R/S,18F or equivalent.
- Â Associates or Bachelor’s Degree
- Â Management (Team Lead/NCO) level experience.
- Â OSINT/PAI research and analytical experience.
