This is a full-time, on-site interior designer position located in Riyadh for Home Furnishing and Building Materials Company. The interior designer will be responsible for the whole house customization layout, cabinet detailing, CAD drawings, rendering, and ordering standards, as well as material selection for interior design and hard/soft furnishing design.

Responsibilities:

• Collect measurements, dimensions, and other routine calculations required for design layouts.
• Provide appropriate design suggestions for clients based on budget, construction site, and recent trends.
• Use 3D MAX and CAD software to create and modify interior layouts and 3D models for approval by management and clients.
• Redesign and revise based on feedback and suggestions from management and clients.
• Offer comprehensive interior design services, including soft furnishing, hard furnishing, and spatial design, from concept to implementation.
• Engage with clients, maintaining good relationships through effective communication and efficient client relationship management.
• Supervise progress at project sites.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team and construction workers.

• No nationality restrictions; language requirements are proficiency in Chinese and English or Chinese and Arabic (one of these combinations is required).
• Proficiency in 3D MAX, CAD, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• At least 3 years of experience in interior space design and commercial design.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluency in English or Arabic is required.
