Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Officer to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our human resources functions, contributing to the overall success of the organization. Responsibilities:
- Â Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals and legal requirements.
- Â Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Â Support employee performance management processes, including performance reviews, feedback sessions, and development plans.
- Â Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, payroll, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Â Facilitate employee training and development initiatives to enhance skills and career growth.
- Â Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Â Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Â Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and implement strategies to improve workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
- Â Collaborate with management to identify workforce needs and develop strategies to address them.
- Â Participate in HR projects and initiatives that support the organization’s objectives and enhance HR capabilities.
Requirements:
- Â Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Â Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources or a related role, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Â Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws in Saudi Arabia.
- Â Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Â Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
- Â Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Â Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Â Proactive problem-solving skills and a strong sense of initiative.
- Â Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- A collaborative team player with a passion for fostering a positive work environment and promoting employee engagement.
