Job Description

a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our accounting department in Muscat, Oman. The ideal candidate will possess strong bookkeeping knowledge, proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing data, as well as maintaining accurate inventory records, to ensure the smooth operation of accounting and inventory processes.

• Accurately input, update, and maintain financial data in the accounting system.
• Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including recording transactions and maintaining ledgers.
• Maintain and update inventory records, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting.
• Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Verify and cross-check data for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist the accounting team with administrative tasks, financial reporting, and inventory management.
• Communicate effectively with team members to resolve data and inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with organizational policies.

Requirements:

Qualifications and Skills:
• Knowledge of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles.
• Experience with inventory record-keeping and management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry.
