Job Description

This leading real estate developer is currently in a phase of rapid growth and business expansion. WE are seeking a Senior Customer Experience Manager to join the business and play a key role in developing and shaping their customer experience.

  •  In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that customers have an exceptional experience across all touchpoints of the company.
  •  You will lead initiatives within the teams, to improve customer satisfaction, streamline processes, and enhance the overall customer journey.
  •  You will have a passion for creating positive experiences, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Requirements:
  •  4 years of experience in a related role, with leadership experience
  •  Ideally you will come from relevant industry experience
  •  Proven experience in driving customer experiences improvements, including managing customer journeys, leading cross-functional teams, and implementing satisfaction programs.
  •  Proven experience working with systems like SAP and Salesforce
  •  Motivated and driven, with excellent leadership skills to guide the team you lead.
