Job Description
Build and maintain Supplier/Retailer relationships in order to build a strong working relationship
- Â Cascade targets to Sales Tem Leads
- Â Handle and respond to existing products queries from clients quickly, effectively and accurately
- Â Provide customers with the appropriate selection, sampling of products in response of their inquiries and provide quotations accordingly
- Â Anticipate the clients’ needs and provide appropriate solutions to meet these needs
- Â Facilitate prospecting of new clients to identify and develop new accounts
- Â Introduce the company’s profile and communicate the selection of products available
- Â Support in increasing the sales and following up on orders, stock and deliveries
- Oversee collection of receivables in timely fashion
- Â Provide market feedback to the commercial team regarding movement of goods /Â brands
- Â Coordinate with the marketing team on the budget requirements and limits
- Â Coordinate with sales team to ensure quality and accuracy of merchandising
- Â Keep abreast the market conditions and trends in the field pertinent to brands / products
- Â Support the team with New Product Launch strategy and information
- Â Liaise with Rewards and People Partner to design updated commission schemes
- Â Participate in relevant projects and community activities as and when needed
- Â Develop and motivate team members to ensure transfer of know-how and continuous positive work environment
- Â Assign individual objectives for employee performance management purposes, manage performance, empower team, and provide formal and informal feedback in order to support professional development and maximize performance
Requirements:
- Â Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Â 5 years of experience in sales
- Â FMCG background experience
- Â Strong oral and written communication skills
- Â Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas
- Â Excellent leadership skills
- Â Experience setting sales goals
- Â Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
