We are looking for a highly skilled Contracts / Commercial Manager to work for a leading main contractor on large build project in Riyadh, KSA.

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all contracts related to our construction projects
•  Ensuring compliance with regulations and maximising the company’s financial and operational performance.
•  Provisional sum experience is essential.

•  Negotiating and managing contracts with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
•  Reviewing and analyzing contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance with legal and company requirements
•  Evaluating and mitigating potential risks associated with contracts
•  Collaborating with project managers and other team members to ensure contract deliverables are met on time and within budget
•  Resolving contract disputes and issues in a timely and efficient manner
•  Maintaining accurate and up-to-date contract records and documentation
•  Monitoring and reporting on contract performance and financial metrics
•  Staying updated on industry regulations and best practices related to contracts and procure.
