• Conduct monthly bus safety inspections and organize quarterly safety meetings and training courses in defensive driving & first aid, to ensure that contractors receive the necessary training to enable them carry out their duties effectively.
• Coordinate with respective Government agencies, local authorities, municipality, and other agencies outside of the Company to facilitate better operations and resolve any issues related to these authorities

• Review and prepare the transport budget for submission to the Head of Community Services to ensure accurate budgeting.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or Logistics. Knowledge and/or Experience – I
• 8 years’ experience in handling transport service.
• Management or supervisory experience essential.
• Experience dealing with people from a wide variety of cultural backgrounds.
• Knowledge with IBM and GPS program control mechanisms. Technical and Business Skills – I
• Computer literacy (MS Office).
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Requires strong analytical skills.
