  • Identify and target potential clients within the recruitment industry to generate new business opportunities.
  •  Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  •  Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
  •  Present and demonstrate our recruitment solutions to clients, highlighting the benefits and value propositions.
  •  Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored recruitment solutions that meet the specific needs of clients.
  •  Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing our services and expertise.
  •  Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure profitable business deals.
  •  Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
  •  Provide feedback to management regarding market trends, client needs, and potential areas for improvement.

    Requirements:
  •  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
  •  Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the recruitment or HR industry.
  •  Proven track record in SaaS based product sales and achieving sales targets.
  •  Strong understanding of recruitment processes, talent acquisition strategies, and client relationship management.
  •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  •  Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  •  Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  •  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.
  •  Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
  •  Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities as needed
