Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Specialist to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.

Responsibilities:

  •  Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
  •  Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with local labor laws and organizational goals.
  •  Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR-related issues, including performance management, conflict resolution, and employee engagement.
  •  Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
  •  Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  •  Assist in the development and implementation of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
  •  Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to gauge morale and engagement, presenting findings to management with recommendations for improvement.
  •  Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, keeping abreast of changes in legislation and advising management accordingly.
  •  Support the performance appraisal process, providing training and guidance to managers on best practices.
  •  Participate in HR projects and initiatives, contributing insights and solutions to enhance HR operations.
Requirements:
  •  Saudi National.
  •  Female is preferred.
  •  Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  •  Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations.
  •  Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia.
  •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  •  Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
  •  Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with confidentiality and professionalism.
  •  Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  •  Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with HR best practices.
  •  Fluency in both Arabic and English is preferred.
