Senior Project Engineer

Monthly, Weekly, and daily review and follow up of the Project Plan for the individual project timelines and activity carried out by the contractor & consultant.
Check and review the consultants and contractors’ invoices for each individual project.
Review of the electrical document’s specifications e.g. drawings, to ensure the electrical specification is in line with requirements
Visits sites to monitor progress and the installation of all electrical equipment. Reports all findings and raises discrepancies where necessary.
Coordination with the Civil Engineer to ensure that civil works are in line with the required specifications.
Following all regulations as stipulated by both the Government
Ensuring the HSE plan is in place at project commencement and is followed for the duration of the project
Making recovery plans and ensuring they are acted upon by the Contractors for any HSE inconsistencies
Preparing and reviewing all financial reports required like cash flows, VOWD for the projects.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
PMP Certification is a must
Min of 6+ years’ experience in Electrical Utilities and project management
Knowledge and Understanding of the Asset Management, QHSE Management System and IT
Security Standard Requirements
