Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning & Development Manager to oversee the development and implementation of our associate development programs and new hire onboarding processes. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fostering a culture of continuous learning, growth, and excellence.
- Â As Manager – L&OD, you will play a pivotal role in driving our Associate Engagement and development and lead our new hire onboarding processes.
- Â Work closely with Senior Director -L&OD and global L&OD team to drive the Associate development agenda for Epsilon India
- Â Design and Implement Training Programs: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs that enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of associates at all levels.
- Â E-learning Management: Oversee the creation and management of online learning resources, ensuring they are engaging and effective.
- Â Evaluation and Feedback: Continuously assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, surveys, and performance metrics, and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Â Onboarding : Provide thought leadership to the onboarding process to ensure that the NHO is best in class.
- Â Orientation Programs : Facilitate orientation sessions that introduce New Managers to the company culture, values, policies, and procedures.
- Â Buddy System: Program manage the buddy system to help new hires acclimate quickly and effectively.
- Â Tracking and Improvement: Monitor the onboarding process and gather feedback from new hires to continuously improve the experience.
- Â Curate/design and deliver Campus to Corporate programs for Interns and New Grads
- Â Monitor the programs and gather feedback from Interns & New Grads to continuously improve the experience.
- Â Performance Management: Collaborate with global L&D team to facilitate performance management sessions for Managers and Associate.
Requirements:
- Â Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Â Minimum of 10 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on associate development and onboarding.
- Â Sound knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Â Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Â Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Â Proficiency in e-learning platforms and learning management systems (LMS).
- Â Strong analytical skills to assess training effectiveness.
- Â Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively across all levels of the organization
