Job Description
- Gathering and compiling data essential to the administration of contracts.
- Â Under direct supervision, assists with the implementation of contracts administration procedures and coordinates or monitors the completion of administrative tasks.
- Â Administers activities associated with contracts for services, purchase of equipment, materials, or products.
- Â Participates in and/or conducts proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract administration and customer contact activities:
- Â Under supervision, assist in identifying, soliciting and selecting reliable contractors to supply consultant, speciality and construction services to support project execution.
- Â Negotiate terms & conditions, prepare contracts, monitor contractor performance and delivery of services to meet objectives.
- Â Provide agreed approvals and supporting documentation for payment of invoices to ensure the required services to Worley and its clients.
- Â Works under supervision and technical guidance with regular weekly interaction with supervisor and/or manager.
- Â Broad duties assigned weekly to monthly.
- Â Work is reviewed for accuracy, adequacy, and conformance with prescribed procedures.
- Â Proficiently communicate ideas and concepts, developing the ability to persuade and influence others as needed.
Requirements:
- Â University Degree, or equivalent, in related field or applicable discipline, or equivalent relevant experience. Typically 6 years relevant experience.
