• Identifying project interface requirements.
• Identifying likely significant impacts.

• Supporting resolution of issues through workshops and or meetings.
• Manage the interface between the various program work streams and departments.
• Responsible to identify the interface, ensure the boundary is clearly identified and understood as per the contractual documentation, ensure the interface handovers are clearly identified in the schedule, and develop the interface management protocols for the delivery teams.
• Develop an understanding of and communicate the interface risks and how they should be best allocated and managed.
• Responsible for resolving interface problems and driving forward the timely escalation of matters unresolved through relevant working groups.
• Support the identification, review and ongoing management of interrelated risks.
• Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.

Requirements:

• Proven Ability to manage/ influence a large group of senior technical personnel.
• The ability to drive excellence in field of expertise, focusing on safety, quality and process improvement.
• Relevant degree qualification.
• Proven experience working on city development, programme, projects.
• Knowledge transfer and mentoring experience.
• Professional membership or working towards demonstrable professional or personal development.
• Experience in the successful delivery phase of relevant projects and programmes.
• Programme management expertise.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Leadership and management experience of large, diverse teams.
• Experience of managing relationships with key senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.

Required skills
