• Accountable for the risk management performance on assigned commission(s).
• Creates/designs effective risk management framework(s)/strategy(s).

• Relevant degree qualification.
• Proven experience working on city development, programme, projects.
• Knowledge transfer and mentoring experience.
• Professional membership or working towards demonstrable professional or personal development.
• Significant experience of effective risk leadership.
• Significant experience of setting up effective risk management/assurance frameworks and strategies.
• Expert knowledge of risk tools, techniques and software i.e., active risk manager, riskHive, risk, primavera, etc.
• Practical knowledge of PowerBi and other reporting suite tools.
• Experience in the successful delivery phase of relevant projects and programmes.
• Programme management expertise.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Leadership and management experience of large, diverse teams.
• Experience of managing relationships with key senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.
