Job Description
- Â The core purpose of this position is to take care of General and Preventive maintenance of frozen Food processing factory, Warehouse & Administration building.
- Â Which includes supervision of Blast Freezers, Plate Freezer operations as per preventive maintenance schedule, resolving small electrical and mechanical problems along with other maintenance team members by following adequate safety measures during operations.
- Â Also need to take care of other maintenance work like electrical, plumbing etc. in to factory and office premises.
- Â Position also includes maintaining basic maintenance records accurately and furnishing the same to factory head.
Requirements:
- Â Minimum 3 years of Frozen/Fresh Food manufacturing factory experience (preferably in meat processing plants)
- Â ITI or Diploma holder
- Â Strong supervisory skill in factory environment.
- Â Comfortable working with strict deadlines
- Â Good in communication.
- High level of motivation.
- Ability to handle multiple operational tasks simultaneously.
- Â Manage Team members.
- Â Willing to work in operational and office environment.
