Job Description
- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and timelines using Primavera P6.
- Â Analysis and Reporting: Conduct in-depth planning analysis and prepare detailed progress reports for stakeholders.
- Â Claims Management: Oversee claims management processes, ensuring timely submissions and resolutions.
- Â Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to monitor project progress and resolve issues.
- Â Flexibility: Adapt to changing project requirements and flexible work schedules, including overtime as necessary.
- Â Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Requirements:
- Â Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction planning, with a preference for experience in building construction and infrastructure projects.
- Â Proficient in Primavera P6 software; additional project management software experience is a plus.
- Â Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Â Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Â Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
