Job Description

 

  •  Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
  •  Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
  •  Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  •  Conduct regular meetings and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
  •  Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  •  Gather feedback from clients to improve product offerings.
  •  Present and promote food products to clients, including samples and marketing materials.
  •  Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track performance.
  •  Analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
  •  Work closely with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with product launches.
  •  Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery of products.
  •  Stay updated on food industry trends, regulations, and product knowledge.
  •  Participate in training programs to enhance sales skills.
    Requirements:
  •  Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  •  Additional certifications in sales or food safety can be beneficial.
  •  Proven experience in sales, preferably within the food industry.
  •  Familiarity with food products, market trends, and consumer preferences.
  •  Strong communication and interpersonal skills ( ENGLISH)
  •  Negotiation and closing skills.
  •  Ability to analyze market data and consumer behavior.
  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  •  Understanding of Qatar Market and Food Standards
  •  Results-oriented mindset.
  •  Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  •  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
