You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, guide them through the buying or renting process, and ensure a seamless experience from start to finish. •  Research and analyze market trends to provide clients with accurate and timely information.
•  Create and implement effective marketing strategies to promote listings and attract potential buyers or tenants.
•  Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients, ensuring their best interests are represented.
•  Stay informed about local real estate regulations and market conditions to provide expert advice.
•  Collaborate with other team members and departments to streamline processes and enhance client satisfaction.
•  Attend networking events and industry functions to build your professional network and promote our brand.
•  Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and training to enhance your skills and knowledge.

•  Proven experience in real estate sales or property consultancy, preferably in the UAE market.
•  Strong understanding of the local real estate landscape, including market trends and property values.
•  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
•  Demonstrated negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
•  Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment.
•  Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple clients and properties simultaneously.
•  Proficient in using real estate software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
•  Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
•  A valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle is preferred.
•  Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
