A skilled Traffic Foreman with a minimum of 2 years of UAE experience. The ideal candidate will oversee traffic control operations, ensure compliance with the Traffic Management Plan, and support construction activities while prioritizing safety and efficiency.

• Perform all traffic control operations and manage personnel involved.
•  Ensure smooth and safe flow of traffic during construction activities.
•  Ensure adherence to safety standards and compliance with the approved Traffic Management Plan in all operations.
•  Administer the Traffic Management Plan in coordination with Construction Managers.
•  Maintain field operations in strict compliance with the plan.
•  Ensure timely execution of traffic control operations to support ongoing construction activities.
•  Provide limited supervision to team members through motivation, direction, and feedback.
•  Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and in compliance with project requirements.
  

  Requirements:

• Minimum Experience: 2 years of relevant experience in the UAE.
•  Knowledge of Traffic Management Plans and safety regulations in the UAE.
•  Strong leadership and communication skills to manage personnel effectively.
•  Ability to work under pressure and ensure smooth coordination with construction teams.
•  Immediate availability or short notice period is preferred.
•  Proficiency in English is mandatory; knowledge of other regional languages is an advantage.
