Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee and manage all financial operations within our full-service interior design firm, specializing in luxury residential and commercial interiors.

  •  From ground-up construction to smaller decorative installations, the spaces we create are powerful and entirely unique.
  •  The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategic financial planning, accounting management, and ensuring compliance to support the company’s growth and operational objectives.
  •  We need someone with experience in ERP systems who can implement effective financial processes, manage cash flow efficiently, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Requirements:– 
  •  Conduct detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis and profitability assessments, to support decision-making.
  •  Provide strategic financial insights to management for growth and cost optimization.
  •  Oversee all accounting functions, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, general ledger, and month-end/year-end processes.
  •  Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and accounting standards.
  •  Liaise with external auditors to prepare for and address audit findings.
  •  Manage cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs.
  •  Oversee bank accounts, treasury activities, and banking relationships.
  •  Follow-up on accounts payable and receivable.
  •  Implement effective working capital management strategies.
  •  Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  •  Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to track performance.
  •  Present financial results and analyses to the Managing Director and board.
  •  Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
  •  Conduct regular team meetings to review progress and resolve challenges.
  •  Promote financial literacy within the company
  •  Increase awareness of the financial impacts of employee actions within all company departments
  •  Coordinate and develop budgets in collaboration with company department heads
  •  Identify financial risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
  •  Develop and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.
  •  Support the business in drafting contracts in conjunction with external legal advisors
  •  Liaise with the external legal advisors in finalizing contractual terms with stakeholders.
