Job Description

• Review and verify data entries for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Conduct routine quality checks on data input by the data entry.
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, and discrepancies in data, and report findings to relevant teams.
• Provide feedback and recommendations for improving data entry processes.
• Assist in developing and maintaining data quality standards and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company data policies and data privacy regulations.
• Maintain organized and secure documentation of quality assurance reports.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in data entry or quality assurance roles is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) or similar data management tools.
• Have experience in google tools like, google sheet, google doc, google ppt.
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
