Job Description
- Â Follow and Appling Accor Policy & Standard.
- Â Create training schedules for all Hotel departments, track and create reports on outcomes of all training and maintain training records for the hotel.
- Â Train new hires on Accor company policies and procedures and use the best training methods for a specific purpose or audience.
- Â Gather and evaluate information from employees and management on previous training to identify weaknesses and areas that need additional training.
- Â Attend seminars and meetings to learn new training methods and techniques and use the knowledge to prepare and coordinate future training sessions.
- Â Market company training opportunities to employees and provide information on benefits to encourage participation.
- Â Inform employees on scheduled training and track their progress.
- Â Recommend training materials and methods, order and maintain in-house training equipment and facilities and manage the budget set for training.
Requirements:
- Â Bachelor’s degree.
- Â English Language.
- Â Minimum of 2 year previous experience in a similar role
- Â Strong understanding of training processes, benefits, etc
- Â Ability to communicate with internal and external team members
- Â Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Â Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
- Â Good listening skills, with high levels of attention to detail
- Â Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office platforms
- Â Ability to multi-task and prioritize own workload
