Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our Production Unit at our POSM Production House in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring the successful execution of production projects, and fostering strong relationships with clients. This role requires a blend of project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
- Â Manage and oversee the production of Point of Sale Materials (POSM) from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Â Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met throughout the production process.
- Â Collaborate with internal teams, including design, production, and logistics, to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Â Develop and present project proposals, timelines, and budgets to clients, ensuring transparency and alignment on expectations.
- Â Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Â Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Â Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and enhance service offerings.
- Â Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders, showcasing project outcomes and future strategies.
- Â Manage project documentation, including contracts, proposals, and invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Â Provide leadership and mentorship to junior account team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Requirements:
- Â Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Â Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably within the POSM industry.
- Â Strong understanding of production processes, project management methodologies, and client relationship management.
- Â Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Â Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Â Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Â Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Â Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Â Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a must.
