We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team in Oman. The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and enhancing our service offerings, while working closely with various internal teams to ensure the successful execution of projects. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the construction industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong understanding of the construction market in Oman and the broader Middle East region.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic business plans and drive results.
•  Proficient in using CRM software and other business development tools to manage leads and track sales activities.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
