Job Description

looking to hire an HR Business Partner to oversee HR management for their Doha office, as well as global teams across Europe.

The HRBP will be working closely with the Management, and spearheading all HR related initiatives, playing an instrumental role in policy development and implementation of best HR practices in adherence to local regulations. This role will provide support with all HR Management practices, managing the full employee lifecycle and being the first point of contact for all employees.

The HRBP will also be responsible for performance management and appraisals, training and development of employees, as well as implementation of best-practice workplace initiatives to help build a motivated team of professionals.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, the successful candidate will have a Degree in HR or a similar field, with over 6-8 years of experience and prior experience handling a 360 HR role in a fast-paced environment, ideally within Financial or Professional Services. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in recruitment, and employee coaching, coupled with a strong knowledge of the Qatar law pertaining to HR operations.

Strong communication skills, verbal and written, both in English and Arabic are essential for this role, along with a genuine passion for employee development and wellbeing. Our client is looking to hire someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and is able to work autonomously, as well as with a team, and has prior experience working in the region. The role will require travel across Europe, so willingness to travel is essential for this role.
