Requirements:

• At least 10 years of work experience in a customer experience role (e.g., program manager, architect, customer engagement, customer advisory).
•  Proven experience delivering enterprise business transformation through application delivery.
•  Experience in end-to-end architectural design for hybrid solution landscapes.
•  Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills (in English language) at senior manager level both inside an IT team and across business functions.
•  Nice-to-have requirements/skills:
•  Experience in using  tools to document enterprise architectures and business processes.
•  Ideally, proven knowledge of on-premises solutions and its corresponding cloud solutions.
•  BTP certifications .
•  Professional training and certification  as a plus.
